Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase, and every order includes tracking. Prefer it faster? You can upgrade to Express (EMS) at checkout for a flat $60 USD.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is free to every destination, with tracking. Estimated time from the day your order ships:

Express (EMS) delivers anywhere in 5–7 business days for a flat $60 USD. Delivery times are estimates — actual arrival can vary with your local postal service and customs.

Order processing & tracking

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it in real time. If the first scan takes a couple of days to appear, don't worry — your parcel is on its way.

Customs & import duties

Because orders ship from Thailand, they cross international borders.

We arrange delivery through shipping agents, with taxes paid at origin. Our shipping agents handle the shipment documentation; you do not need to submit a separate customs value declaration. Contact us if you have a question about your shipment.

If your order never arrives

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 45 days of us shipping it, we'll investigate with the carrier and then give you a full refund. Nobody should pay for something they didn't receive.

Returns

Need to send something back? Our Return & Refund Policy covers the full process — a 45-day window with a full refund on the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, with the EU/EEA right-of-withdrawal exception noted there.
