About our products & materials

Where are your products made and shipped from?

Every piece is handcrafted in Thailand and ships directly from our workshop in Bangkok. We've been making sterling silver biker jewelry and exotic leather goods in Thailand since 2004. The team includes silversmiths and leather craftsmen with decades of experience — read the full brand story on the About page.

Is your sterling silver real .925?

Yes. All silver jewelry is solid .925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for durability. Pieces are stamped with the 925 hallmark where the design allows. We do not sell silver-plated pieces or nickel-based imitations.

Are your exotic leather wallets genuine?

Yes. Crocodile, stingray, and ostrich wallets are made from genuine exotic skin — not embossed cowhide. Each hide is hand-selected, tanned in Thailand, and stitched by leather craftsmen with decades of experience. Pattern and color vary slightly because every hide is unique.

Ring sizing & fit

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate method is to measure a ring you already wear — the inside diameter in millimeters maps directly to US sizes on our Ring Size Chart. The chart converts between US, UK, EU, Japan, and China sizing. If you're between sizes, size up — fingers swell slightly through the day.

Can a ring be resized after purchase?

Most plain band rings can be resized by a local jeweler within 1–2 sizes. Heavy sculpted rings with detailed faces — skull rings, dragon rings, signet rings — generally cannot be resized without damaging the design. Check the product page for sizing notes, or email us before ordering if you're unsure.

Shipping & tracking

How long does shipping take to my country?

Free Registered Airmail delivery times by region: United States 10–15 business days · UK, Australia, New Zealand, Asia 12–15 business days · Canada & Europe 14–17 business days · rest of the world 2–3 weeks. Express shipping (3–7 business days) is available at checkout for an upgrade fee.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs?

Import fees depend on your country. Most orders under $200 USD clear customs without extra charges. Some countries (UK, EU members, Australia) may apply VAT or GST on import. We declare the actual order value on the customs form so there are no surprises at delivery.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched. Use the tracking link in that email, or paste the number into your country's postal service website. International tracking continues through your local carrier after the package leaves Thailand.

Orders & customization

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes — you have 24 hours after placing the order to cancel it or change the shipping address or item. Email us at support@bikerringshop.com with your order number. After 24 hours, the order enters our packing queue and changes are no longer guaranteed.

Do you accept custom orders or engraving?

We do not currently accept custom-made or engraved orders. Every piece in our catalog is what's available. Size adjustments may be possible for some items — email us with the product link before ordering and we'll let you know whether it's an option for that specific piece.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 45 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund. The item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full process on the Return Policy page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@bikerringshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full — your choice. We resolve every confirmed shipping-damage or wrong-item case.

Payment & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with 3D Secure where required. We do not store card details on our servers.

What currency are prices listed in?

Prices display in USD by default. Your local currency is available via the language/region selector — switching changes how prices appear, but the order is processed in USD at the current exchange rate. The final charge appears on your card statement in your local currency.

Care & maintenance

How do I clean and store my jewelry?

For silver: wipe with a soft polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag with an anti-tarnish strip. Sterling develops a light patina after 6–12 months of regular wear — this is normal. For leather: condition every 3–6 months and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Remove jewelry before showers, pools, and saltwater. Full guide: Sterling silver care.
