No minimum order. No shipping fees. Every single item ships free via Registered Airmail — it doesn't matter if you're ordering from New York, London, Tokyo, or Sydney. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. That's it.
Want it faster? You can upgrade to Express shipping at checkout for $60 USD. That gets your order to you in about a week instead of two.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. This usually happens within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
You can use that tracking number to follow your package in real time. It works with USPS and our international shipping partners — just enter the number on the carrier's website and you'll see exactly where your order is.
Tip: Tracking updates sometimes take 2–3 days to show up after the first scan. If your tracking says "information received" for a few days, don't worry — your package is on its way. It just hasn't been scanned at the next stop yet.
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand. That's where our workshop is, and every piece is packed and shipped by our team. Because we're shipping internationally, your package goes through customs — but we've set things up to make that as smooth as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
Since your order ships from Thailand, it crosses international borders. Here's how customs works for different countries:
🇺🇸 U.S. customers — you're covered. We've already handled all tariffs and taxes with our shipping partners. Your package will arrive just like any domestic delivery. No surprise fees, no customs charges, nothing extra to pay.
🌍 Other countries: We mark all packages as "Gifts" with a low declared value. Most orders go through customs without any extra charges. But every country has different rules — if your customs office applies a duty or import tax, that cost would be your responsibility. We can't control what individual countries charge.
What If My Order Never Arrives?
If your package hasn't shown up within 45 days after we shipped it, we'll give you a full refund. No arguments, no hassle.
We'll need a few days to investigate — check the tracking, contact the shipping carrier, and make sure it's truly lost and not just delayed. But once we confirm it's not arriving, you get your money back. Nobody should pay for something they didn't receive.
How Long Before My Order Ships?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once it's on its way, you'll get that confirmation email with your tracking number.
During busy periods (holidays, sales), it might take an extra day or two. But we always aim to get your order out the door as fast as possible.

Do I really pay nothing for shipping?
Correct. Standard shipping is 100% free on every order, everywhere in the world. No minimum purchase required. If you want faster delivery, Express shipping is available for $60 at checkout.
Why does standard shipping take 14–17 days?
We ship from Bangkok, Thailand. Your package travels internationally via Registered Airmail — it goes through customs processing and gets handed off to your local postal service for final delivery. The time includes everything from leaving our workshop to arriving at your door.
Will I get charged customs fees when my package arrives?
If you're in the U.S., no — we've already covered all tariffs and taxes. For other countries, we mark packages as gifts with a low declared value, and most orders clear customs without any extra charges. But if your local customs does apply a fee, that would be on you.
My tracking hasn't updated in a week. Should I worry?
Not yet. International packages sometimes go quiet for a few days, especially during customs processing. If it's been more than 2 weeks with no update, email us and we'll look into it. If it's been 45 days with no delivery, we'll refund you in full.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — just email us as soon as possible. Once it's in transit, we can't change the destination.
