Not happy with your order? No problem. We want you to love what you get — and if you don't, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work.

You Have 45 Days

From the day your order arrives, you have 45 days to decide if you want to keep it. That's over six weeks — plenty of time to try it on, think about it, and make up your mind.

The one rule: The item needs to be unused and in its original condition. If it still looks the way it did when you opened the box, you're good.

When Can You Return Something?

You can return an item if:

It arrived damaged or broken — Maybe the ring got bent during shipping, or the clasp on a bracelet doesn't work. That's on us. We'll fix it.

We sent the wrong item — You ordered a dragon ring and got a skull ring? That shouldn't happen, but if it does, just let us know.

You changed your mind — It looked different in the photos. It doesn't fit. You just don't like it as much as you thought. That's totally fine — as long as you haven't worn it, you can send it back.

How to Send It Back

Returning something is pretty straightforward. Here's what to do:

Email us first

Send a quick email to support@bikerringshop.com telling us what you want to return and why. We'll confirm and give you any extra instructions if needed.

Pack it carefully

Put the item back in its original packaging. Wrap it in something soft — bubble wrap, tissue paper, whatever you have. The goal is to make sure it doesn't get damaged on the way back.

Ship it to us

Send the package to the address below. Two tips: mark it as a "Gift" with a low value (around $10) on the customs form — this helps avoid extra fees on our end. And make sure you get a tracking number so we can both keep an eye on it.

How Refunds Work

Money back guarantee

Once your return arrives and we've checked that everything's in order, we'll refund the full product price back to your original payment method. Simple as that.

Two things that aren't refundable:

  • Shipping costs — If you paid for express shipping ($60), that part doesn't come back.
  • Return shipping — The cost to mail the item back to us is on you. Any customs fees on the return package are also your responsibility.

What If My Order Never Arrives?

If your package hasn't arrived within 45 days after we shipped it, we'll give you a full refund. We'll need a few days to investigate (check the tracking, contact the carrier), but after that, you'll get your money back. No one should pay for something they didn't receive.

Common Questions

Can I exchange instead of returning?

We don't do direct exchanges. But you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. If you need a different ring size, email us first — we might be able to help without a full return.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the item and confirm it's in good shape, we'll process the refund within a few business days. After that, it usually takes 5–10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

What if the ring doesn't fit?

Wrong size is a valid reason to return. If you're not sure about your size before ordering, check our ring size chart or read our ring measurement guide — it walks you through every method.

Do I have to pay to ship the return?

Yes. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a service with tracking — if the package gets lost on the way back without tracking, we can't issue a refund.
