The pendant was awesome when we finally got it, great quality, no problems there. However I gave this 3 stars because, in the checkout section it gives you the choice to ship to FPO Armed Forces Pacific, so I did that address because I was stationed over seas. I also orded express shipping so it said it shipped out the day I ordered. Two weeks pass by and I don't hear anything else about my order, so I finally decided to reach out to see what was going on. I was then informed that it had been returned a day or two after it was shipped because they CAN'T ship to FPO Armed Forces Pacific, I had to ship it to my sister's house back in the states and have her send it to me instead. So I'm just confused why the option is there if they really can't ship there, and the fact that I didn't even get a heads up that it got returned. I had to reach out to them to find this out, so I think the communication with orders needs to be better, so people aren't just sitting wondering why they haven't got any emails about their order yet.
