6.5mm sterling silver bracelet

I've been buying products from Bikerring shop for over 10 years & this is the first time I've been disappointed with the product. The two ends of the bracelet are so thin where the chain connects & the ring opposite the clasp is not soldered, so the thin part where it connects slipped over the thin shoulder (not sure of the term for the two connecting parts) it fell off my wrist, luckily in my front yard so it wasn't lost. You say a lot about attention to detail.. sorry you failed here. I would not recommend this piece. You should check the little things.
